As part of their GCSE Food Technology coursework, Y11 students have been developing recipes to produce a new food product. Just before February half term, students presented their dishes and received feedback from their target group. The results were fantastic and all students have clearly worked hard to produce such high quality work. Well done!

Cullompton Community College continues to forge strong links with our Primary schools and aid the transition to Secondary school.
In early December students from Willand Primary school spent a day in the D&T block at the college, learning to design, model and then make a Christmas decoration, using the College's new laser cutter. They were welcomed by Mr Dovell of D&T, who started by making them aware of all the neccessary safety precautions when working in the DT rooms.
Mr Dovell introduced CAD/CAM and demonstrated the new laser cutter. After a Question time the students moved to the ICT room to design their decorations using 2D Design.
