The excited students, looking very smart in their new school uniforms, gathered in the Hall to be welcomed to the College by the Head teacher, Mrs Phelan. They listened intently as Mrs. Phelan encouraged them to make the most of all the wonderful learning opportunities available to students at CCC, to use the help and guidance offered during homework club, and to enjoy a wide variety of after- school activities and clubs. The inspiring message was never to give up on their hopes and dreams, illustrated with the...

In July this year Year 10 students embarked on a week of work experience in their own areas of interest. From Pre-school to printing, dog grooming to designing, accounting to architecture- just some of the areas experienced by our Year 10 students. We had extremely good feedback from the students on their experiences and equally good reports from the employers.
Below are just a few of the brilliant reports by our students.
Lauren McGurk - Virginia's Hair Salon.
Main activities: observing the hairdressers, sweeping and making refreshments for the customers.
